Terms of Service

Gevantage provides AI-powered websites, video content, UGC-style advertising, and automated business systems designed to help businesses attract customers and streamline operations.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Services without our written permission
• Use the Services to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services

Where we create websites, videos, ad creative, or other materials on your behalf, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring any content, images, or information you provide to us does not infringe on third-party rights.

Because certain deliverables are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee that output will be error-free, unique, or free of unintentional similarity to other works. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before publishing or using them publicly.

Fees for the Services are as agreed between you and us in a proposal, invoice, or order form. Payments are due as specified at the time of purchase. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services.

Where Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis (such as hosting, maintenance, or support plans), we may update those fees from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any fee change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fee; if you do not agree to the change, you may cancel the affected Services before the change takes effect in accordance with these Terms.

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, advertising platforms, or AI tools). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

All Gevantage trademarks, branding, software, and proprietary methods remain our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our underlying tools, templates, or systems to you, even where custom deliverables are created for you.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, rankings, sales, or lead volume from use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gevantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gevantage and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local law.
